The world-leading manufacturer has enhanced and expanded its already exceptional selection of tools designed for tricky jobs in tight spaces.
Two new problem-solving products have been added – the Angled Drill for places that are awkward to reach, and the ½” Ratchet which can be used with existing sockets in this more common size.
All products now incorporate a recessed shoulder, providing even better access to those hard to reach areas. Handles have been given a smoother finish, with an ergonomic rubber grip ensuring additional confidence and security, whilst cushioning the cold, hard effects of working with compressed air.

Pneumatic Components (PCL), the worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of pneumatic and tyre inflation systems, has appointed three new team members.
Robert Gardner joins as key account manager and brings a combined 19 years’ national account management experience to the role with a strong focus on industrial distribution having worked for the Irwin and Lennox tool brands who were part of Newell-Rubbermaid group, and more recently at Stanley Black & Decker.
At PCL, Robert will work closely with its strategic distribution partners to build relations and deliver solutions for tyre inflation, pneumatic tooling and components, as well as playing a key role in the expansion of the range.
Daniel Bridges and Laura Robinson join as area sales managers for the South West and South East respectively.

PCL launches tyre valve connector with vice-like grip
Pneumatic Components (PCL), the worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of pneumatic equipment and tyre inflation systems, has launched the AIR CONNECTOR, a facelift version of the PCL CO2 connector.
The AIR CONNECTOR, which is suitable for use on commercial vehicles, cars and motorbikes, has been designed to make tyre inflation easier on modern vehicles which feature larger alloy/steel wheels and more intricate designs that make the valves more difficult to access.
Manufactured using the finest zinc alloy, aluminium and brass, the AIR CONNECTOR boasts a vice-like grip and easy operation with a thumb-push release button. It can also be rotated to achieve greater grip.

Pneumatic Components (PCL) has appointed Simon Alexander to the newly created role of category manager.
Simon Alexander’s focus at PCL is reviewing the factored products category range, including hose reels, compressors and air tools, and identifying and introducing new products, taking them all the way through from initial concept to manufacture and distribution.
With full commercial responsibility for factored products, Alexander’s role will entail research, developing new product concepts, getting customer feedback during the concept phase, finessing the concept, producing prototypes and then investing in the required tooling and working with suppliers to manufacture the highest quality product possible.

It has come to our notice during a periodic review of technical files, that the PCL CM3100DT 100LTR AIR COMPRESSOR does not hold valid certification with applicable directives. There have been no reported incidents involving the CM3100DT PCL 100LTR AIR COMPRESSOR.
We have therefore taken the decision to stop supply and to issue a recall of this product.
Customers that have purchased the PCL CM3100DT 100LTR AIR COMPRESSOR, should contact their Area Sales Manager, who will arrange to uplift the item at a mutually convenient time and a full refund of the PCL CM3100DT 100LTR AIR COMPRESSOR.
